Greenville SC Builders Todd and Michelle Usher show off their Bridge Award for Green Building.

It’s always a special honor to be recognized by one’s peers, so we’re delighted to announce that Addison Homes, a Greenville SC builder, won the Southern Home & Garden Bridge Award for Green Building.

Presented by the Home Builders Association of Greenville – and sponsored by GBS Building Supply – the awards program recognizes the best craftsmanship and professionalism in the industry.

Local builders and industry associates were honored in 24 categories, such as New Homes, Remodels, Special Features, Sales & Marketing, and Builder of the Year.

Addison Homes earned the Green Building Award for a Caesars Head home built to EarthCraft House Gold and Energy Star standards. The project incorporated an abundance of reclaimed materials and sustainable building supplies as well as all-native landscaping. Click here to read more about this award-winning home.
